Save our Rail; Gary Puckett; Wine and Thoroughbred industries against mining

Good morning! Today we hear from:
  • 10.45am: Save Our Rail President, Joan Dawson. Two Forums will be held today for residents to have their say on the State Government's proposal for revitalising inner-city Newcastle. The Sessions will be held at City Hall from 2pm and 6pm as part of consultation for the plan that the Government unveiled late last year
  • 11.15am: Hot Rock Events Head Chef, Michael Carroll. We head into the kitchen to prepare Roast Veal Kidneys with Braised Endive, Spinach and Mustard Seed Sauce
  • 11.35am: 60’s/70’s U.S Recording Star, Gary Puckett. We chat with Gary Puckett about his forthcoming Newcastle Show at Wests Leagues Club New Lambton this Sunday Night 24 February 2013
  • Hunter Wine Industry Association President, Andrew Margan. Recent policy changes lead to a combined campaign by the Hunter's Wine & Thoroughbred Breeding Industries against coal mining & coal seam gas extraction
