The State Government yesterday announced changes to Learner Driver Regulations that will allow L-Platers to trade 20 Hours of supervised driving hours for 10 hours of paid lessons or taking a new course. Also from July 1 learners will be allowed to drive at 90kmh, 10kmh more than at present
