  • 10.45am: Coach Courtney Turton. The Woodberry based Oxygen All Stars cheer-leading squad invited Ben Lear from the World Championship winning Top Gun Group from Miami to spend a week assisting and advising the local troupe
  • 11.15am: Hot Rock Events Head Chef Michael Carroll tells us how to cook home-made chips
  • 11.35am: NSW Shadow Minister for Roads, Ryan Park. The State Government yesterday announced changes to Learner Driver Regulations that will allow L-Platers to trade 20 Hours of supervised driving hours for 10 hours of paid lessons or taking a new course. Also from July 1 learners will be allowed to drive at 90kmh, 10kmh more than at present
