Good morning. Today we're talking to:
  • 09.35am: University of Newcastle Vice Chancellor, Prof. Caroline McMillen. The university has won a $30 Million Federal Government grant which will allow work to start on its CBD Campus. Current and upcoming events include graduation ceremonies and on Thursday April 18 Malcolm Turnbull will deliver the annual Barton Lecture at Newcastle City Hall
  • 10.15am: Mai-Well Group Manager of Communications & Corporate Identity , Tori Ashman. The Forthcoming Annual Mai-Wel Gala Ball being held on Saturday April 20, 2013 at Maitland Showground
  • 10.45am: Newcastle City Council Communications Manager, Peta Cooper. We look at how to tell the kids to quit whining they are bored during school holidays and get them onto one of the many activities on offer in Newcastle
  • 11.35am: Sydney Writers' Festival Artistic Director Jemma Burrell. We find out about the Sydney Writers' Festival set to run from May 20 - 26 with international guests Naomi Wolf, Ruby Wax, Hannah Kent, James Wood and Kate Atkinson
