  • 09.35am: Real Film Festival Director, Annette Hubber discusses this initiative of Screen Hunter Central Coast. The Real Film Festival runs Friday 2 August – Sunday 4 August at Newcastle City Hall and Tower Cinemas
  • 10.45am: Basketball Organiser, Leon Burwell. The Special Olympics Hunter Valley Cup Round 3 is being held this weekend at Broadmeadow Basketball Stadium. If you go along you can witness some courageous basketball players offering a preview of what we can expect with the Special Olympics coming to our Region in December
  • 11.15am: NRMA Hunter Director, Kyle Loades. A recent NRMA Survey, the Seeing Red On Roads campaign, has ranked the Pacific Highway the Hunter's worst road for the third year running. Motorists rated Broke Road, the New England Highway, Nelson Bay Road and Cormorant Road at Kooragang Island the most enraging
  • 11.35am: Avondale College President, Dr Ray Roennfeldt, says Avondale College at Cooranbong will be a step closer to gaining full university status as a result of an historic partnership with Charles Sturt University
