Good morning. A soggy day here in the Hunter, but can we brighten it up with the guests lined up this morning:
  • 09.35am: Newcastle Herald Journalist and Author, Greg Ray, talks about the book he and he wife, Sylvia have penned, Destination Newcastle – the other books are Recovered Memories and Newcastle, The Missing Years
  • 10.45am: Don White, Weatherwatch Director Meteorologist, explains what's behind the heavy rain we've had in the Hunter over the last few days
  • 11.15am: Linda Swinfield, Curator of the exhibition Opening The Box at Four Point Gallery, 681 Hunter St, Newcastle, from Wednesday 20 November to Saturday 7 December
  • 11.35am: Phillipe Porigneaux, Hunter New England Health's Environmental Health Manager, says sharing water between the toddler and main pools is a practice that can carry a high risk for infectious disease outbreaks from pathogens like cryptosporidium and giardia, along with a range of viruses, bacteria and fungi
